What are the lists for?

There was a big list of characters with the following abilities, and we decided to shorten that list with those we felt able to roleplay them. That included people who did not abuse the power.
Unfortunately, we were not able to allow everyone to continue roleplaying with their characters powers. The names listed below are the ones allowed to use the powers, no more, no less.

To obtain one of these powers for your character, you must contact the admin, who will reply with the answer to your request.
